The blanket turned out really cute, but I would call it flannel as opposed to fleece.. I was expecting something much heavier. I think my sister-in-law will still like it. Any comments on the way it stands up to a wash?

The picture looks great, but the material is VERY thin. :-( More like a flannel sheet, than a polar fleece blanket. :-(
